Always include a
cover letter,
individually addressed to the recipient.
Do not staple your 2-page resume or cover letter.
If you are given the option of mailing, faxing, or
e-mailing your resume – do all three.
When e-mailing your resume, copy and paste the
“ASCII” (Text
Only) version of your resume directly into the e-mail message
itself, then attach the Microsoft Word "Presentation Resume".
To ensure that your resume can be viewed by anyone in it's intended
format, you can also order a
PDF Format
Resume.
When sending your resume to Human Resources
Departments or Recruiters, send a
“Scannable”
version of your resume (we can create this) along with the presentation
resume. When submitting your resume directly to the decision maker, use
your attractive, MS-Word resume. You should also use this version for
interviews and personal presentation.
Don’t forget to sign your cover letters!
